One of the things that puzzles me is that the subscriber number for upFront.eZine has remained constant for many years now, hovering around 11,000 readers. In contrast, readers of WorldCAD Access just keep growing and growing.
Last week, the one equalled the other. I now have 11,000 readers for each of WorldCAD Access and upFront.eZine.
The logical thing for me to do would be to shut down the upFront.eZine e-newsletter and just do the WorldCAD Access blog, especially because I enjoy writing the blog far more than the e-newsletter.
Problem is, the e-newsletter brings in far more revenue (donations + advertising) than the blog -- some 20x more revenue -- and revenue is what freelance writers like myself need. For us, writing is no hobby.
So for now I'll stick with writing both.
Thank you Ralph.
