Just before last week's trip to Australia, my newest Android 4 tablet arrived in the mail. It is an 8" tablet named "Momo8" and is made by Ployer in China. $150 on eBay. I took along the Momo8 on the trip and found that Android 4 on tablets is quite a different experience from using Android 4 on smartphones.
More details about my experiences with the Momo8 in a later post, but for now here is a cheat sheet on using an external keyboard (USB transmitter, not Bluetooth) with the tablet.
Shortcut Key = Meaning
Esc = Back
Windows Menu Key = Menu
Alt+Esc = Home
F1 = Android settings
F2 = Web browser
F3 = Email app
F5 = Clock app
F6 = File Manager > Files
F10 = File Manager > Songs
F11 = Calculator app
F12 = Youtube
Home = top of list
End = end of list
PgUp / PgDn = page up and down lists
Cusor keys = move highlight around screen
If a keystroke is not listed above, it does nothing. Btw, there seems to be no way to customize the keystrokes, as there was with my first Android tablet, the $80 7".
