Dan

I'm not an elistist, I'm reading this after click-thru from your upfront email newsletter. But I do find Mr Preston's argument to have some merit. I don't have a couple hours a day to read, and I usually skim the same few electronic news sources. However when I do take the time to pick up one of my local newspapers, the LA times, I generally flip through more headlines and sections, and read articles that I wouldn't find through my normal few electronic news sources. Same goes for news magazines. That said, your argument is true about the benefits of digital media.
