Earlier this month, my wife and I flew with her dad to Ottawa to visit the War Museum. Her dad had been part of the signal corps that set up communications after the Canadian army liberated Holland. We were disappointed that the museum did not recognize the signal corps.
The entry area to the museum is a massive, large, empty area that reminded me of a subway station.
The museum consists of five connected areas documenting the history of war in Canada, starting with inter-tribal warfare among natives in pre-European times through to the most recent conflicts.
