Any Word on this? We just switched from TurboCad to AutoCAD, now all our converted drawings have this annoyance. very irritating given that we have decided to drink the AutoDesk kool-aid and are STILL getting burned!

You can use the DwgCheck system varaible to turn off the message of annoyance.
