You might remember a few years back when PTC didn't get into trouble with NASA. The space agency had been using PTC as its design software, and so it made sense to continue using it. We all know the headaches that occur should a large organization be forced to change its 3D file format. Anyhow, when it become the mandated time to renew the license, NASA automatically approved PTC again. Competitors howled, since they were not given a chance to compete.
Over in California, Bentley Systems was bidding to have their software used for roadway design. There were three bidders: Autodesk, Bentley Systems, and Carlson. The two CAD vendors not located in California were disqualified, leaving Autodesk the automatic winner.
So now ceo Greg Bentley is furious, furious enough to issue a press release expressing his furry:
This was particularly disappointing since our disqualification was based on disagreements over the adequacy of a few textual descriptions in our response, not the competitive evaluation of technical substance and costs that I think we and Californians deserved.
He figures Bentley's software would have saved Californians a million bucks over Autodesk's price tag. Bentley had the highest technical score, reports the press release, but got dropped "due to allegedly inadequate documentation in its written response to Request for Proposal."
We should all express our inner furry.

Does Chewbacca have an inner furry, or his all outer?
