This is a weird story and I find hard to believe a technical host can consider itself owner of data it never created or bought. This has not a chance to be a successful claim in a tribunal in my opinion. There must be something else we do not know yet, and will probably not know if an agreement is reached.

I stopped visiting over there the first time I saw the new format. There are better forums out there anyway so it is easier to just stay with one or two. Cadtutor and The Swamp to name two.

It is my understanding that an agreement has been reached, and that the old AUGI will be back soon: it appears to be a matter of days.

I have not had a chance to carefully check all details, but a quick visit to http://www/augi.com/forum shows the forums are back.
