Augmented reality desktop

I'm trying to think of CAD applications for the LuminAR. It is a desktop lamp-sized robotic arm that holds a pico-projector, camera, and mini computer in a package the size of a large light bulb.

The robotic arm and the display react to what the camera senses, such as hand gestures, as well as what has been programmed into the computer. The video provides insufficient information; even the source Web page is weak on details.
