The Bricscad .deb package installed without a hitch on Ubuntu 9.10 64-bit. (The previous v10.4.2 didn't.)
But there was no user-friendly launcher to be found. Doing Alt+F2 then typing "bricscad" launches the app without the need of opening a terminal. Still, I created a launcher in my Apps menu, it's faster to launch.
