Looking to eliminate cost as a barrier to employing ArchiCAD, the Graphisoft division of Nemetschek is offering their architectural CAD software on a rental basis. You can choose to rent for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months (sounds to me like a lease: renting is month to month, while leasing is for a specific period of time)
During the rental period, you get a full function license of ArchiCAD 13 and tech support -- no limit to the number of rentable licenses. Although the press release is titled "GRAPHISOFT's New Pricing Program," no prices are mentioned. I've asked press contact Akos Pfemeter about the pricing.
