Autodesk is holding media days for its 2011 line of software, and on Thursday it's the turn of its mechanical software division. Most of the invited media are being flown in [some from overseas have already arrived; KLM sat Al Dean and Deelip Menezes far apart on the aircraft!], but since Portland OR is just a 5-hour drive from my home, I'm taking the car.
(I'd rather spend five hours in the comfort and independence of my car than the same amount of time in airports and on airplanes.)
