Thanks for the repost (and thanks, Deelip, for the h/t). Incorporating a social strategy into an industry-leader like PTC has proven to be an exciting challenge. I and others at PTC are looking to find new ways to engage with customers, and invigorate the current ways. One main objective is to have our customers feel more connected to our products and our brands.
