No need to go to the airport to get your body scanned

Canadian company Creaform buys up Candian company Inspeck, a company that specializes in 3D scans of human bodies. Its scanners and software are used for animation, special effects, medical imagery, and research.

Creaform itself specializes in self-positioning handheld 3D lasers.

Heh, the funny part is that "speck" (in Inspeck) is the German word for bacon.
