HyperShot is not dead; instead, the code has reverted to its developer, Luxion ApS, after BunkSpeed apparently failed to pay royalties for a year. Luxion plans to re-release the software "shortly."

Sad to see this today, although the cause for this is more likely to be internal fighting rather than recession.
This will leave the customers unhappy, both companies will loose money and goodwill and the brand will be in the mud. Cant see anyone but competitors happy about this...
