Nanocad 2.0 will have GPL or some sort of open source-like license, but source code will be closed.

My Russian is a little rusty. :-P

(what were we doing before Google Translate?)

Am I right in assuming that the free basic version of nanoCAD is not yet available on their website? And do they plan to offer an English version of the software, as well as of their website?

Jeff

Could you explain in details about the GPL or some sort of open source like license for Nanocad 2.0?

@ Dmitry

My understanding of the GPL may be limited, but if you want to keep your source code closed, then you're not eligible to the GPL or any other open source licence.

Sorry for the mess with nanoCAD platform licensing.
Currently we see nanoCAD platform as freeware. Period.
nanoCAD platform is not launched yet.

Tom

Is NanoCAD able to export to other formats - like AutoCAD?
