BIM: Now Available in Five Dimensions

I don't think they are the first on the block, but a press release from Hard Dollar boasts about five-dimensional building information modeling:

3D BIM -- Integration from the 3D CAD model to visualize potential clashes.
4D BIM -- 3D model plus time (scheduling) as the 4th dimension.
5D BIM -- 3D model plus costing over time.

What will be the sixth dimension?

Until then, there is the wording of the press release's heading to savor: Hard Dollar Industry Thought Leader Addresses 5D-BIM Advantages at Microsoft Project Conference 2009.
