AutoCAD IntelliCAD

Wow, common sense in the legal branch of the US Government. Amazing.

Now, if a judge would just step up, slap Autodesk with a frivolous lawsuit penalty, figure some way to disbar the greedy legal suits rushing to find any sneaky way to take advantage of weaker opponents, and then for measure, initiate criminal proceedings against the executives at Autodesk for harassment. Deep inside they know they are just using this fairy tale claim to intimidate and harass their opponents in hopes of beating them by attrition.

But you have to admit if the excutive attributes outlined are needed they certainly pay well, even in bad times.
I prefer to think Autodesk's execs simple want control over the letters d, w, and g as one more step in the direction of their removal of it from the CADD lexicon and in doing so they have simply failed to see just how out of touch it has made them look!
