Siemens continues to be the only large CAD vendor with a CAD program to run on all three desktop operating systems. NX 6 runs on Linux, Macintosh, and Windows. The Mac version includes CAD, CAM, assemblies, and drafting.
(The rumor is that Apple funds the development, since Macs are designed with NX. Even if the rumor is not true, NX has a sufficiently expensive price tag that Siemens probably can afford to subsidize development for less-than-monopoly-status operating systems.)
NX 6 for Macintosh is in beta, and is due to ship this summer. It requires a current 64-bit CPU with Mac OS X 10.5.5+.
It's odd that there is no mention of it on Siemens PLM's website. Actually you'd be hard pressed to find hardware requirements, or on which platform NX works.
Do you have info on the Linux distro NX 6 is certified on? I'm wondering if there's a UNIX version too, since OS X is based on BSD code.

NX 6 is currently certified for MS Windows (XP & Vista) and SuSE Linux ( 9 & 10).

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few hours with an NX user and was able to get a little hands-on experience with it.
A little rough around the edges, but quite impressive nonetheless. I was mainly interested in seeing direct editing and ST in action, and that was quite amazing, even though I thought the user interface wasn't as easy or intutive as I had expected.
I also noticed that NX does not use very many Windows APIs for its user interface (not even pull down menus) and that is most likely how it can target Windows, Linux and MAC.
