Every time a trademark is applied for in the world Autodesk must be immediately alerted.

I can see a bunk room full of sleeping lawyers who jump up when they hear the alarm bell, pull on their specially made, quick snap and zip up three piece suits, and race to the pole to slide down to their idling limos waiting below. Rushing off to defend the poor little Autodesk from the fires of trademark treachery being fueled against them by those other mean old CAD companies, the lawyers do their best trying to save poor Autodesk's Billion Dollar a year mansion.
