So, is ILoveSketch new? Perhaps, if I could understand what it does:

The system coherently integrates existing techniques of sketch-based interaction with a number of novel and enhanced features.

Or, "a as-natural-as-possible sketching system for creating 3D curve models." Features include:

• Automatic view rotation.
• Axis widget for sketch surface selection.
• Inferred changes between sketching techniques.
• Virtual sketchbook.
• Simplified 2D and 3D view navigation.
• Multi-stroke NURBS curve creation.
• Gesture vocabulary.

It's not clear whether we can download the software, but the Web page contains some sample files and a video.The video is well worth watching, nevertheless.
