I have been using it the last month, primarily with I-deas. To me, it was worth the price to upgrade from acrobat proffesional to 3D - about $300.
Upside is that it is a very good viewer - smallish files and everyone has acrobat reader. Pretty views.
Downside for me is that while the ability to measure things technically exists, it is not very user friendly - to the point of being useless.

Hi Calvin-
Thanks for your comments.
Are any SolidWorks users using 3Dpdf?
