Before Graphisoft got bought by Nemetschek, it spun off its real estate holdings as Graphisoft Park -- an office park located on the Danube River on the outskirts of Budapest. The land company reports Q3 net income decrease 31% to e328,000. According to Interfax:
Net profit expectations for 2007 were modified due to the postponed letting of building "C" in Graphisoft Park's office properties ... previously occupied by major tenant Microsoft.... The newly completed building "M" was let to Microsoft... Overall operating costs increased by 53.3% ... which the company mainly attributed to royalties payable to former parent company Graphisoft R&D until 2009 for the use of the Graphisoft name.
