2144258 Inc Buys All of Rand

RAND Worldwide's shareholders approve its purchase by 2144258 Ontario Inc, an affiliate of Ampersand Ventures. Cash price is $2.10 per common share, a 5% premium over the current price. Court approval is still needed, but the sale is expected to close on Thursday.
