Dassault + Seemage

Dassault Systems waited until today to announce that they had "recently" acquired Seemage to acquire its software for product documentation.

With Autodesk in town, it is important for Dassaul to use their competitor's tags, "This marks another major step towards our mission to democratize 3D product-related data and exploit 3D as a universal media."

Seemage CEO . Chris Williams becomes general manager of 3DVIA Enterprise Solutions. Purchase price was not revealed.
