Statman, Harris & Eyrich launches a shareholder derivative complaint "on behalf of nominal defendant Autodesk and against certain past and present executive officers and directors of Autodesk."
The suit is over the undisclosed backdating of stock options between 1996 and 2006 that benefitted "certain" executives.
(The first to start proceedings was Keller Rohrback.)
