Boombox Ripper

I notice Phillips selling a boombox that rips CDs for under CDN$50 at our local Wal-Mart. It has a USB connector.

Insert a CD, press the appropriate button, and I presume the boombox converts the tracks to MP3 and copies them to the attached MP3 player. I presume further that no CDDB info is available, however.
