INGR Shareholders Sue for More Info

Intergraph is letting itself be taken private, assuming its shareholders agree on Nov 20. Shareholders were unhappy with the information Intergraph provided them, and so they launched a couple of class action lawsuits. This evening they and Intergraph reached an agreement:

- Intergraph pays all their legal expenses.
- Intergraph's board of directors reveal projected financial information.
- Intergraph provides more updates on its intellectual property litigation.
- Intergraph reveals more about its real estate and investment in Bentley Systems.
