Intergraph's Reasons for Going Private

GIS Monitor reports on Intergraph's reasons for going private (again) at "Intergraph Goes Private Again:"

- it allows Intergraph to concentrate on long-term development.
- reduces the paperwork and legal liability required for being a public company.
- access to private funds is much easier now, and so getting funds from the public (through the sale of shares) is no longer necessary.
