EDS and UGS: Still Linked

A staff writer at Computer Business Review Online reports that:

Through a 2005 agreement signed with UGS, a provider of PLM software and services, EDS can provide new, enhance, or replace all or part of an existing system by combining EDS' systems and application integration capabilities with UGS' PLM software and services.

For a time, EDS owned UGS, until EDS sold its UGS division to managment and private investors.
