For AutoCAD: Mesh Booleans

SYCODE has a Mesh Boolean plug-in for AutoCAD 2000 - 2007 (US$250). It extends AutoCAD's solid modeling to handle polyface and polygon meshes. This lets you do Boolean modeling operations -- MBUnion, MBSubtract and MBIntersect -- on meshes with each other and with solids.
