IMSI "Merger" Approved

IMSI shareholders approve of its merger wtih AccessMedia: "We currently have over 15.2 million votes registered in favor of the proposed merger with AccessMedia and this exceeds the required majority."

As I've noted before, once the merger is complete, then the TurboCAD side of things will most likely be spun off as an independent company in a management buyout.
