Another CAD editor sent along this note to me:

We're in the wrong business. Most common salaried job at Autodesk, Programmer Software Engineer -- US$125,527.

Good job, if you can get it. Autodesk is offshoring a lot of their development work -- so it's unlikely that they have that many high paying programming jobs available. Besides that, you have to be pretty good to get paid that well. Top CAD developers are rare and expensive.
