I am amused by CAD vendors who declare that studies show attendees were hyper-satisfied in attending the CAD vendors' user conferences.
One boasts of 98% satisfaction, another 99% -- of those attendees who filled out the survey in order to get that free T-shirt or other enticement. I look forward to a CAD vendor's marketing department going all out to announce 101% satisfaction...
I wonder what 101% satisfaction would mean. Perhaps people who didn't attend were also satisfied :>
