With its share price over $31 again, Autodesk is the most valuable CAD company in the world. The company is worth US$7.2 billion. The value of some other CAD vendors:
The Billion-Dollar Club
DASSAULT SYSTEMES - $ 5.3 billion
CADENCE DESIGN - $3.8 billion
PARAMETRIC TECH - $1.5 billion
INTERGRAPH - $1.0 billion
The Multimillion-Dollar Club
MSC SOFTWARE - $304 million
MOLDFLOW - $182 million
IMSI - $35 million
AVATECH SOLUTIONS - $5.5 million
(The $7.2 billion value of Autodesk represents market capitalization, which is the current share value times the number of shares. In other words, to buy Autodesk, you'd have to pay $7.2 billion to buy up all its shares. We don't know about UGS or Bentley Systems, because they are privately-held.)
Why is UGS not listed as one of the major players??

Why Ansys, Inc is not in the list of Billion dollar?

UGS is privately held, so it doesn't have a market cap, per se. Judging by the US$2.05 billion paid for the company last year, and the US$5.3 billion market cap of Dassault (Which reports similar sales numbers as UGS), its current owners got a real bargain.
