* David Lucas Vp and General Counsel - 11,000
* Preetha R. Pulusani - President, Intergraph Mapping & Geospatial Solutions - 11,000
* Ben Eazzetta President, Intergraph Public Safety - 15,000
* Larry Miles Vp and Controller - 7,000
In general, the executives can cash 25% of the shares each year over 4 years. For the CEO, this represents about US$1.8 million based on the current public share price.

Non-employee directors receive an annual retainer of $25,000, plus another $7,500 for the chair of the audit committee or $5,000 for the chair of any other committee, plus attendance fees of $1,000 per meeting, plus 1,500 restricted shares upon election to the board, plus another 2,300 shares upon reelection. This works out roughly to $110,000 for a re-elected chair attending numerous meetings a year.
