• Sony - 20% market share
• Kodak - 19.8%
• Canon - 16%

Worldwide, the top three are:

• Sony
• Canon
• Olympus

Some Japanese camera makers are losing money, according to a report by UBS: Olympus, Pentax and Konica Minolta. Camera makers make half their annual revenue during the sales frenzy leading up to Christmas Day.
