Olympus plans to ship 5GB and 20GB harddisk music players in the coming months.

The twist is that the 20GB model has a built-in digital camera and 3.7-inch screen. That would be the first camera with a 20GB "memory card" built-in!

Mobilemag.com reports that the resolution is only 1.2 megapixels, and that you take pictures by tapping the screen.

Details conflict: one source says the music-player-camera is due in November, another says next Spring.The ergonomics should be interesting.You can learn more at Digital Photography Review. No mentions of pricing.
