I'm on my first airplane trip since getting the Canon PowerShot S1iS, so I was pretty excited by taking 10x-zoom photos from the air. Most of the trip was cloudy :<
Nearing Denver CO USA, the clouds cleared, and I took dozens of pictures. But many of them seemed blurry, even using Manual Focus set to infinity. In my hotelroom, I looked at the pictures in detail on my notebook computer, and decided that the exhaust from the jet engine (I was sitting behind the wing) blurred many of the photos. Too bad!
Above is one photo that did turn out, of a windmill farm somewhere in Colorado. (Click photo for larger image.)
