DWF Viewer 5 Available for Free Download

Autodesk notes that the DWF Viewer 5 has been released to the public. This is the version that displays 3D drawings.

"Please uninstall any beta versions prior to installing the released version available from the following address: www.autodesk.com/dwfviewer-download.

Update

Odin Cary reminds me that the 3D works only for DWF files exported from Inventor 9, the one that began shipping in July. You're not going to see 3D DWF from any other Autodesk software, at least until something gets updated. I am guessing an extension for subscribers only.
