A few days ago I had dilemma: I make a dwg with AutoCAD (native file), edit it with ProgeCAD, and open it again with AutoCAD. Will the dwg file be corrupted (objects etc)? I mean, will the process from AutoCAD to ProgeCAD lose info? And then in AutoCAD the drawing wouldn't be the same as the source file?

It is possible that some advanced AutoCAD entities might not survive the round-trip. I have not tested recent releases of progeCAD and so I do not know the program's capabilities.
One of two changes might occur to certain entities:
- they disappear from the drawing
- they change their form, such as becoming a series of lines and arcs
The best way to find out is simple: create a test drawing in AutoCAD that holds all the entities and properties that you normally use, and then import it into progeCAD. Look for differences.
